Details:
- a non oil extended grade with very high mooney viscosity and high ENB content
- shows excellent extrusion processability and its moderate ethylene content gives this grade a better flexibility under low temperature, compared with high ethylene grades. Especially, fast curing is possible with this grade because of its high ENB content
- is suitable for sponge made by continuous curing such as window seal, body seal for automotives and adiabatic sponge
- High Molecular weight and high ENB content grade.
- Good shape retention and low compression set.

- Suprene EPDM is an oil extended 'friable bale' ENB type grade which contains 50 phr of non aromatic paraffinic oil
- Suprene EPDM is possible to load it with high concentration of fillers etc. When blended with a non oil extended Suprene EPDM grade, the Suprene EPDM 6090WF improves the properties and processability (at mixing and extruding) of the non oil extended grade
- It can be formulated to make products of lower hardness
- Its blend with diene-type rubber gives excellent physical properties
- Suprene EPDM 6090WF is mainly used in automotive parts such as window seal, hose, and various industrial parts
